Eng. Deyan Grancharov was born on 9 May 1973 in Varna. He graduated from Technical University-Varna in 1997, majoring in Electronic Engineering and Microelectronics. In 1997 he started working in Delfin-3 Business Company, Varna, successively holding the positions of Assistant Manager, Manager and General Manager of the organisation, being in charge of the hardware, software and security systems. Eng. Deyan Grancharov has obtained certificates in the field of Information Technology, Computer Networks and Server Solutions. He has participated in the design and construction of the information networks of the Municipality of Varna, the installation of the information hospital and PACS system of UMHAT "Saint Marina", as well as scores of smaller hospitals, municipalities and enterprises.
He defended his doctoral thesis on the topic: "EFFECTIVENESS AND PERSPECTIVES OF SIMULATION TECHNOLOGIES IN EDUCATION OF STUDENTS FROM HEALTH SPECIALTIES" .
