The Projects Department is a unit in the structure of the Medical University - Varna, which fully corresponds to the changed realities in the field of higher education and project preparation. The activity of the department is structured to unite the efforts of all research and administrative units to achieve the strategic goals of the university. Projects are a modern tool for the overall policy of management to achieve educational, research and practical results. We are working on all programs that allow the participation of the Medical University - Varna. The team of the Projects Department:
- actively seeks opportunities, processes and disseminates information for participation in international projects and programs, as well as timely informs the academic community and all structures of the university about them;
- advises the teams preparing new projects for application regarding the necessary administrative documents by the Medical University - Varna and coordinates the submission of the documents with the respective teams;
- informs the teams and experts about the results of meetings and negotiations for the international participation at university level, related to international projects and programs;
- participates in the construction and maintenance of a network of potential partners for inclusion of the Medical University - Varna in international projects and programs;
- participates in the implementation of the activities under approved projects - organization of workshops, trainings, seminars and information days;
- organizes the preparation and signing of contracts and agreements related to international projects and programs;
- organizes and maintains documentation and archives of university's projects and programs;
