On 14th and 15th May 2014, a Polish lecturer with long practical experience in pharmaceutical business will be a guest - lecturer at Medical University - Varna. Assoc. Prof. Vlodimir Bialik, DSc, Head of the Department of Pharmacoeconomics at the Faculty of Pharmacy, at the Medical University in Katowice, Poland, will talk about the contemporary issues in the global pharmaceutical market and the problems in pharmaco-economic analysis.
All students and lecturers at MU-Varna from the faculties of Pharmacy, Medicine and Public Health are invited to his lectures. They will be particularly suitable and beneficial for 5th course Pharmacy students whose state examinations are forthcoming.
Assoc. Prof. Bialik visits MU-Varna as a lecturer on Erasmus Programme, within the bilateral cooperation agreement under Erasmus Programme between MU-Varna and Medical University - Silesia, Poland, signed last year. His visit is also related to the work of the experts from the Faculty of Pharmacy on a project, entitled "Updating and approbation of educational plans and programmes of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Medical University - Varna in accordance with the demands of the pharmaceutical business and the requirements of the labor market", funded by the European Social Fund under Human Resources Development Operational Programme.
The lectures will be held on 14th and 15th May 2014 (Wednesday and Thursday), at 4.30 pm, in the second Auditorium of MU-Varna. The lectures will be in English with translation into Bulgarian.
