Bulgarian food and cuisine - an interesting experience!

​​"The Bulgarian food and beverages" - a different lecture delivered by Prof. Violeta Tacheva for all first-year students in the English language programmes at the Medical University of Varna.

The long awaited by all new students lecture dedicated to traditional Bulgarian dishes and beverages will be held on 20th October (Thursday) 2016 from 15:30 in Auditorium 105 of the Faculty of Pharmacy. After the lecture the students will participate in a demonstration and sampling of the most popular Bulgarian recipes - "banitsa" (traditional Bulgarian pastry), haricot bean, Shopska salad, "sarmi" (stuffed cabbage/vine leaves), "musaka" (meat and vegetable hash) and warm round loaf!
