Second-year foreign students of medicine were the initiators of a charity campaign for raising funds for children from northeastern homes for people with specific needs. The students visited the home for children with mental retardation in the Krushari village, Dobrich District. They got acquainted with the living conditions at the home and the specific needs of its inhabitants.
The students are going to visit the home for foster children "Gavroch" and the home for elderly people "Gergana", too. Anyone wishing to join the campaign may contact Paul Stollenwerk, a second-year student, 11E group.
The funds raised in the framework of the charity campaign will be used for the purchase of prime necessities and essential commodities.
