UK doctors and specialists from the Second Pediatric Clinic at University Hospital "St. Marina" in Varna are going to share their skills in taking care of patients with the rare disease mucoviscidosis. A workshop on the rare disease is to be held from 9:00 a.m., on 12 March 2015, at "Prof. Vladimir Ivanov" auditorium of the University Hospital. Patient consultations are going to be conducted on the premises of the Second Pediatric Clinic. Doctors, postgraduates, students, representatives of the Bulgarian Cystic Fibrosis Association, parents of children with rare disease mucoviscidosis, non-governmental organizations and the media are invited to attend the event.
The first of its kind workshop in Bulgaria is organized by the Second Pediatric Clinic at University Hospital "St. Marina", Child Health International Non-governmental Organization, doctors from Great Britain, working with patients with the rare disease mucoviscidosis, Abbott Company – Bulgaria, with the support of the management of University Hospital "St. Marina" and Medical University "Prof. Dr. P. Stoyanov "- Varna.
