"Opening the 6th Congress of Bulgarian Respiratory Society, we are full of desire and ambition to enhance and build on the achievements, to share and disseminate the knowledge among all specialists dedicated to Pulmonology. The best way to achieve that is through organizing discussions and debates on key issues and exchanging ideas and knowledge. Only thus can we face the challenges of the future and meet the requirements posed on us by our patients and the society," said in her greeting Assoc. Prof. Dr. Diana Petkova - Chairperson of the Board of the Society.

Welcome address on behalf of the Rector of Medical University - Varna was presented by Prof. Dr. Zlatislav Stoyanov - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine.
