World-Renowned Specialist in Public Health Conducts a Training Course at MU-Varna

An eight-day training course on Qualitative Methods in Scientific Research, tailored to the needs of the academic staff, PhD and undergraduate students began on 31st May 2016 at Medical University-Varna. The event is a part of an extensive programme dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the Faculty of Public Health.
 
The course is conducted by Prof. Susan Rifkin - a world-renowned specialist in the field of Public Health and Project Management, consultant to the World Health Organization, World Bank, European Union and UNICEF, and a friend of the Faculty of Public Health.
 
The training is focused on the latest trends in healthcare research, targeted at health service consumer satisfaction. The aim is to raise the sensitivity of doctors and health professionals to "the voice of patients" and to open the doors to "patient - centered" care and research.
 
The course is being held at the Doctoral School of MU-Varna and continues till 9 June 2016.
