St. Marina University Hospital Provides LEMC Free Consultations to Socially Disadvantaged Children with Diseases

Free consultations with a mediator from the Community Centre for Children and Families targeted at informing and getting familiar with the procedure for passing LEMC will be held every Wednesday at St. Marina University Hospital in Varna. The parents of the newly diagnosed children with rare or socially significant diseases in the city of Varna and the region and the parents of the hospitalized children at St. Marina University Hospital will be able to get acquainted with the social benefits and services they are entitled to use and will be directed to the social service agencies on the territory of the Municipality of Varna.

The valuable assistance and information will be provided by Mrs. Antoaneta Ivanova, a mediator at the Community Centre for Children and Families, every Wednesday, from 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm, 5th floor, at the hospital. The parents will receive information materials prepared by the expert at Children's LEMC at St. Marina University Hospital Dr. Elena Sheytanova and Mrs. Nelly Valeva from the Health Department of the Municipality of Varna.
