MIDWIFERY
There is only full time education, which lasts four years. Students in this specialty are trained in accordance with a modern study plan, including medical, clinical, special and humanitarian disciplines. The main priorities of the education are the formation of knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of primary prevention, general and special obstetric care for pregnant women, women in childbirth and newborns and women with gynecological diseases, family planning and others. Graduates in Midwifery acquire an educational and qualification degree "Bachelor" and are entitled to work at state, municipal and private healthcare institutions.
NURSING CARE
There is only full time education, lasting four years, in accordance with a modern study plan and programmes which comply with the European and international standards. Students study general and special nursing care, medical-biological and clinical disciplines and disciplines of the humanities: Medical Psychology, Ethics, Sociology, Health Legislation, etc. Graduates in this specialty acquire an educational and qualification degree "Bachelor" and are entitled to work both in hospital care and outpatient care, either individually or in a team. They achieve successful professional realization both in our country and abroad.
