The Faculty of Pharmacy was founded in October 2008. It trains undergraduates, postgraduates and PhD graduate students in the main pharmaceutical disciplines. The Faculty is an important training, research and organizational and methodological center in the Pharmaceutical Science, Pharmacy and Distribution activities for the region of Varna and the region of North-Eastern Bulgaria. The Faculty has seven departments with 74 lecturers, 20 of them having academic rank.
The construction of a new building where the Faculty of Pharmacy will be deployed is due to be built in the near future. It will be an eight-storey building and it will increase significantly the auditorium, laboratory and total area of the University.
