On 05.04.2016 (Tuesday), at 13.30, in Auditorium "Assoc. Prof. Dimitar Klisarov" at FDM-Varna, a lecture on "Mobile Joint Prosthesis and Solutions on Implants" will be delivered by the guest lecturer Dr. Roberto Scrascia, Italy, and co-lecturer and demonstrator Marko Vanini, Italy.
Roberto Scrascia, DDS, was born on 6th October 1982 in Taranto. He graduated from the University of Bari with a degree in Dental Medicine in 2009, with a thesis in the field of Oral Pathology, under the supervision of Prof. Massimo Petruzzi. He currently practises Endodontics, Oral Pathology, Prosthetics, Implantology and Oral Surgery. In 2009 he took part in Endodonthic World in Conversano, an annual endodontic course, conducted by Dr. Giuseppe Carrieri. In 2010 he attended a theoretical and practical course on Implantology of AstraTech. In 2012 he specialized Regenerative Bone in Oral Surgery at the University of Chieti Studies, under the supervision of Prof. Antonio Scarano. In 2012 and 2013 he was a lecturer on Pathology and Oral Surgery at Regional Postgraduate Training Centre. In 2014 he was elected Councilor at the National Association of Italian Dentists. In 2014 he became an active member of AIC Italy (Advanced Dental Implant Research & Education Center), being its spokesperson as well. From 2015 he was elected Councilor of CAO (Commission Board of Dentists) in relation to doctors and dentists in the province of Taranto. In 2015 he became an international lecturer at Rhein83. Lecturer at national and international conferences. In 2015 he attended Regenerative Surgery and Implantology Advanced Course, conducted by Dr. Tallarico in Rome. He currently works in his private practice, does research, works as a consultant and takes an active stance in protecting dental profession in public life.
