We usually associate the spring with new life, hopes and happy future.
Probably for that reason, one of the first days of spring 7th April has been commemorated as the World Health Day since 1950 and the professional holiday of health workers since 1964.
Because our vocation is to preserve life, bring hopes and happiness to people! The talent of the physician is given by nature, but the intellect develops it, the moral makes it useful to society and today's difficult times make the final diagnosis - it depends entirely on us what it will be. I wish every health professional to work in a way that makes the talent and efforts needed, valuable, significant, respected….
Let each of us preserve the divine spark required by medicine in order to illuminate the best of us, inflame dedication and sustain our hope in difficult times of hesitation that a sunny spring follows every winter.
