Medical University - Varna organized and conducted a donation campaign to support 77 girls and boys with disabilities from Dr Anastasia Zhelyazkova Social Vocational Training Centre in our seaside capital. For three days University students and employees were collecting neatly packed bags with clothing and shoes at the main building of MU-Varna and the canteen of RHI-Varna. More than 40 bags of warm clothes and shoes were collected as a result of the donation campaign.
The enthusiastic students and employees of the University also took part in the transportation and delivery of the donation to the principal of the social institution Mr. Plamen Petrov. He expressed his gratitude to all participants for their commitment and for being a part of this noble cause.
This good cause united all participants, enabling them to give some warm youth memories, kindness and humanity to these disadvantaged girls and boys.
