Distinguished homeopathy scientists gathered together at the 3rd International Homeopathy Research Conference from 9th to 11th June in Malta. They shared their experience, presenting their latest research and data on the effect of homeopathic medicines from the clinical practice in different countries. An open discussion, focused on the future trends in the scientific research in the field of homeopathy research, took place at the conference. One of the underlying topics was the need for a detailed elucidation of the molecular mechanisms of action of homeopathic medicines, aimed at explaining the effects of their use.
Among the participants was Ch. Assist. Oskan Tasinov - representative of the Department of Biochemistry, Molecular Medicine and Nutrigenomics with a Laboratory for Nutrigenomics at MU-Varna, which took part in a joint research project with representatives of the German Homeopathic Union (Deutsche Homöopathie-Union) in Bulgaria.
